Knowledge platform migration
- A deduplicated destination corpus preserves source identifiers, canonical records, content spans, metadata, ownership, permission mappings, version history where available, and explicit exceptions for unsupported source behavior.
- Incremental synchronization, deletion handling, expiry rules, stale-source flags, redirects, ingestion receipts, relevance tests, and permission tests keep the migrated system current after the initial load.
- A staged cutover plan, rollback record, parity report, maintainer runbook, source-to-destination ledger, and ownership handoff support the buyer's final user and answer-system switch.
Turnaround: The migration is completed within five weeks after the source export, access model, destination, owners, update feeds, cutover window, and corpus limits are confirmed.
Refund condition: The fee is refunded if Reality Contact, LLC cannot deliver the agreed migrated corpus, permission map, synchronization path, parity suite, and cutover packet within the confirmed scope.
